Story
Chris has a colleague who has hit a difficult time in his life. His wife has suffered with heart problems and required a transplant in previous years, Leah has recently given birth to a baby girl. This has resulted in Leah suffering from serious heart complications and sadly Leah Passed away leaving her family devastated.
